Mr. Frank Cirill was a long-time resident of East Sacramento in the River Park Community. Mr. Cirill passed away January 7, 2017, at the age of 94. During his lifetime, he played a significant role in preserving, protecting, and shaping the future of the American River Parkway. He was also active in organizing and participating in the Annual Eppie’s Great Race that is held along the American River Parkway and continues to this day.
