The 2016 Amgen Tour of California concludes in Downtown Sacramento on Sunday, May 22, 2016. This 11th annual event is very popular among local bicyclists, spectators and sports enthusiasts within California and across the country.
The 2016 Amgen Tour of California is sponsored by Sutter Health Care and contains eight stages. Stage one starts in San Diego, stage two is South Pasadena to Santa Clarita, stage three is Thousand Oaks to Santa Barbara County, stage four is Morro Bay to Monterey County (along the central CA Coast), stage five is Lodi to South Lake Tahoe, stage six is the Folsom Area, stage seven is Santa Rosa. The final stage, stage eight, concludes in downtown Sacramento on May 22, 2016.
